Painted my in-laws house before Christmas as a present. I own a small painting business and had my 3 lads on the job. Looks great and not 1 spec dropped. On Christmas Day the in-laws told me the job took too long and didn't like my workers. I just emailed them a bill for 1200

I left school at 16 to start my apprenticeship, a maths teacher told me I'd amount to nothing. He's just accepted my quote to put in a new kitchen for him, I've added £12k to the quote and bad mouthed him around so I'm the only person who quoted him.
