@orcon no 'extraordinary broadband' today. No internet for 5hrs+, no phone support, yr website says "experiencing outage"

@tanya at least you could boot from usb! Asus+Nvidia dont seem to like ubuntu

@telecomnz put on call waiting from 8.45-9.10, then I see call center hours stop at 9pm, just like my internet too
