The first step to recovery is realizing you have a problem and reaching out for help. The hope in recovery is learning to love and accept yourself the way you are. However, this is not an easy task and is not a short term process.

We experience a range of feelings as human beings that we don’t know how to explain or handle. We need to look deeper then words to uncover their true meanings, and understand there is much more happening beneath the surface for those who are struggling #endthestigma

Technology can be a distraction if not used appropriately in classrooms, however, the positive impacts of using phones for educational purposes are huge! What if someone doesn’t own a laptop? How can one tell if students are using their mobile devices for the right reasons?

Under the ban, students can only use personal mobile devices during instructional time if it is for educational or health purposes, or for special needs. bit.ly/2WFfD2S

@em203jfrechet I think that eating disorders are something that affect so many in society, making this issue very important to discuss! Maybe you could consider raising awareness by addressing disorders and how to overcome them; for those suffering and in society#EM203problems

@EM203PBarton great concept map! Maybe one of the issues you could consider is how to educate the general population on how they could help those in need, or how we can work together to defeat this societal issue. #EM203problems
