Here is @jn_jackk glazing my system on camera for 45 straight seconds The same system he charged back $80,000+ on And now this man is telling people the REAL reason he charged back everything is because we "leaked his copy" Leaked ur copy ? Oh ? The copy ? Jacky ur copy pulls 0.001% replies. That is the worst reply rate I seen in the history of this industry and I have watched thousands of campaigns Why in gods name would I want to copy the one man on earth who made cold email LOSE money Are you crazy are you dumb??? U could not pay a rtard to run ur copy. Leaking it would be a fcking public safety announcement Nobody wants what u have bro. This has been ur problem since the day I met u There is no NDA between us. Never was. Zero papers signed. So everything I know about ur operation is fair game and buddy I know all of it U glazed the system on camera and then stole it son oh & us "overbilling" you was a lie son , we billed you AT COST or below Its on tape You will be ok Jacky See u next week 🫡

The self proclaimed "Cold Email King" just charged back over $80,000 from the man who ran his entire email infrastructure That man is me I seen the disputes hit my dashboard and I swear to god I laughed out loud Jack Bricknell. JN Jack. @jn_jackk I was the FIRST person to ever supply this man with large scale infrastructure. September 2025. Every campaign his little kingdom ever sent ran through systems I built And bro averaged a 0.001% reply rate on them Do u understand how rtarded you have to be to pull 0.001% on infrastructure that prints money for every single other person who touches it The king of cold email cannot write a cold email are you crazy are you dumb Oh ? The infrastructure was the problem ? Buddy I built my own verifier and tested ur little OmniVerifier against it, the tool doesnt verify sht, ur tech is fake ur results are fake ur crown is fake So instead of locking in and getting better at his ONE job this grown man went to Amex and reversed every invoice since day one Fcked me for $80K+ overnight, the person who kept his whole operation alive But His own coaching students came to me and told me this is literally what he teaches Pay every vendor with Amex so u can reverse it all once ur done using them Make ur own clients pay bank transfer ONLY so they can never get a cent back Collect 5 figures deliver nothing churn repeat Any rtard on earth can run 100% margins when stealing ur costs back is the business model that is called fraud son And my DMs bro My fcking DMs 10+ people in a few days with the same story word for word Sold him LinkedIn accounts, delivered "a day late", full chargeback Sold him review botting, full chargeback His own staff, never paid His agency clients, real companies that paid 5 figures, zero work done, churned like they were nothing multiple 6 figures collectively and new victims in my inbox every single day Now hes blocking people and hiding threads like a scared little rat Bud I have everything saved You cannot delete what lives in my drive If ur his customer rethink who ur backing If he owes u money protect urself while u still can If he ran this same play on u, DM me and get ur records together, there is a serious case being built against him and his company and u may be able to recover Jacky I know ur reading this so read slow U cannot charge back a subpoena Full exposé next week. Everything goes public, receipts and all U got cocky and stole from the wrong one See u next week bud 🫡

hopped on a call with a real estate agency founder who sends 200k emails/mo last week he was rambling about how shitty warm up tools have become majority of their domains keep burning like they never warmed up at all checked their setup and immediately found the cause: he used smtp inboxes from a shady bulk provider he found on whatsapp followed the rules everyone knows: 2 weeks of proper warm up but here's the thing: unlike google and outlook inboxes that built trust on their corporate ips over many years you always start fresh with new smtp infra. no loyalty, no recognition our recommended time: 4-6 weeks for smtp to build enough authority to land in white collar inboxes dude was doing half of that and wondering why nothing works went from analyzing to action: we set him up with our dedicated google, outlook, and smtp inboxes and focused on warming the smtps for a full 5 weeks "suddenly" deliverability rate grew to 98% with only 10-20% of domains burning before us he was burning through 75% of his domains lmao

if your cold email reply rate is above 15% you are not doing cold email. you are emailing people who already know you and calling it outreach. 3-4% on true cold is what real pipelines run on

last march we onboarded a group of 4 russian companies through a referral. cold email for b2b manufacturing parts i was bracing for the usual onboarding pain. domain setup questions, copy revisions, deliverability paranoia, "why is my open rate 43% not 60%" type energy first call with the main guy, Sergei. i start walking through our warmup process, inbox rotation, sending limits. he stops me maybe 90 seconds in "just tell me what to buy and how many" i say 12 domains, 36 inboxes, here's the sending schedule. he goes "ok" and mutes himself. i hear him talking to someone in russian for maybe 15 seconds. comes back. "done, what else" we send over the copy framework. most clients sit on it for a week, rewrite it 4 times, ask if the subject line should be 4 words or 5. Sergei's team sent back 3 variants in 2 hours. plain text, short, almost blunt. no fluff at all. one of them literally opened with "we make this part cheaper than your current supplier. here is proof" and then a link to a pricing sheet i thought it would bomb. felt too direct, no warmup line, no rapport building 11.4% reply rate in the first 3 weeks. their worst variant did 7.2% by comparison we had a US saas client at the same time running on week 6 of copy revisions. they were still debating whether "hi" or "hey" felt more authentic as an opener. sitting at 1.9% reply rate the russian guys never asked about A/B testing frameworks. never asked for a "strategy call." never joined a single webinar. they just ran the numbers, kept what worked, killed what didn't, and scaled volume Sergei's only question after month one: "can we add 20 more inboxes" sometimes i think the entire cold email industry has an overthinking problem and the people who do best are the ones who never read a single twitter thread about it

three months ago one of our clients came to us panicking. their calendar was empty for the next 6 weeks and their sales team was literally playing ping pong during work hours. not a joke, the founder told me this on a zoom call while i could hear the ball bouncing in the background. we moved them onto Maildeck, rebuilt their infrastructure from scratch. 14 domains, proper warmup rotation through EmailShield, plain text sequences only. no html garbage. subject lines kept to 4 words max. by week 3 they were sending around 8,200 emails per day from that account alone. reply rate sitting at 11.4% which honestly surprised even me because their offer was mid at best. fast forward to now and we've got calendars booked 3 months ahead for most of our clients. across everyone we're pushing at least 5M emails per day through Maildeck infrastructure. some days closer to 6M. the thing nobody on their team changed was the offer. same pitch, same pricing, same case studies. the only variable that moved was the sending infrastructure and inbox rotation. i keep seeing people rewrite their copy 47 times when their emails are landing in promotions tab or worse. you can write the greatest cold email ever constructed by a human being and it does absolutely nothing sitting in a spam folder. also we just redesigned the whole Maildeck dashboard and i'm kind of obsessed with how clean it turned out. the quick start flow alone saves like 20 minutes of setup confusion that used to generate half our support tickets.

cold email infrastructure is an engineering problem disguised as a sales problem most teams throw more reps at it. the ones winning throw better systems.

this penguin has better lead sourcing instincts than 90% of cold emailers. at least he picked a direction. {REDACTED} exists and people are still buying random lists from some guy on telegram
