I increased my client's MRR by 14,137% in just 6 months. Making him over $122,000 in revenue from his email list alone. I did it by implementing 3 key steps. And here they are -OFFER- I reached out to this client back in August of 2024. At the time he had a list of about 5000 people but no real offer. He was sending 1 email a week. Either promoting affiliate stuff or redirecting to his YouTube videos. I encouraged him to build a new mid or high-ticket offer and gave him some ideas. He agreed. And a after a few weeks we announced to the list that he's opening a new mid-ticket monthly subscription offer. -LAUNCH- I knew right from the start that the best way to approach this type of offer was through launches. The way it works is simple: - We announce the launch 5-6 days early. - Build a waitlist for it, promising a discount and early access. - 2 days before officially opening we give the waitlist a chance to join. - We limited spots to create urgency. And after about a week or two we close the doors. Then wait about a month and do it all over again. With this, we managed to get 15 buyers on our first-ever launch. -SCALE- From there on out we did 2 things to scale. • Raised the price. • Increased the amount of clients we can take. While also analyzing every previous launch to make the next one even better. And nurturing the list when the program is closed. We now have close to 80 recurring clients paying $400/m. Meaning we've scaled from $200/m (what my client was making back in August)... To now almost $30,000 a month. Generating over $120,000 since opening this program. And aiming for 150 members before May. One more thing... I'm looking to take on 2 more clients this Spring. And help them do exactly what I mentioned above. Zero unsubscribes on your emails isn't a good sign. It means nobody cares enough to even react. You're just background noise in their inbox. If everyone agrees with your emails you're playing it way too safe.

10/10 writing won't save a bad idea. Example: "5 tips to write better emails" You can polish the subject line. Write perfect body copy. Nail the CTA. It'll still flop. Because everyone's inbox is full of "5 tips" emails. The idea has to be interesting first. Execution comes second.

58% of replies come from email 1. email 2 gets most of the rest. after that, you're just sending email to people who've already decided to ignore you. most teams run 5-7 email sequences. it's burning their domain and their market's goodwill. the 2-email framework: -> email 1: specific pain, proof point, direct meeting ask -> email 2: different angle, lower barrier CTA that's it. two emails. a higher reply rate than most 7-step sequences. because each email actually earns its spot rather than just filling a sequence slot. i put together the exact 2-email templates we use across every client, including the ICP-specific variations for saas, services, and professional firms. like + comment '2EMAILS' and i'll DM you.
