Only two of the items on this list happened in my lifetime.
One, Obamacare, was a copy/paste of the GOP Romneycare plan.
The other, gay marriage, was decided by SCOTUS after Dems spent a decade sitting on the fence waiting on polling to determine their support.

@HillcrestCardCo I'm not trying to reason anything. All I'm saying is that schools do not teach the majority of kids math. The majority of teachers are not really that good at teaching it. You're right, as a culture the US does not value education-school is mostly for warehousing poor kids.
