@SouthwestAir it’s unfortunate the disorganization yall have at the Honolulu airport. sitting next to a gentleman that got his flight changed x2 because of the lines at this airport and not to mention that was the ONLY backed up airline..we will be sure to choose a different airline next time

@SouthwestAir absolute shit show of service at Honolulu airport never had worse airport service in my life add the fact we got moved flights and you couldn’t accommodate my early bird already paid boarding now won’t be sitting next to my husband on a 7 hour flight LIVID!!!
