Disconnection is meant to be effected on the day we issue the bill?

Make sure the meter is plugged into a powered socket and the switch is on, press 18075773902 then press the red button, if it shows success, type in the meter number then the red button, still if it reads success, press 804 then the red button, it will have to read the same account you entered before. Once all have cleared, load the token then press the red button, and it will successfully load. NB
