@ClaireHanna England have had 75% rates relief for last 2 years and 45% for this year. NI executive got this but decided retailers here didn’t deserve it. Becoming impossible for independent retailing here, especially in the middle of said dereliction!

Dereliction around what is known as the Tribeca Project is letting down this city and region. I asked the First Minister today what she would do to address it and whether, if necessary, she would agree with using unspent Financial Transactions Capital to acquire the site.
