Yes, they will have outside work in college, but you also spend 12-15 hours in class a week, not 35. They need to sleep at that age!

I can’t take my kids out today because they have too much homework. This is a regular occurrence on weekends. Nights are also booked around assignments. Homework is a thief of family time.

The top of this list is Vitamin C. If you take extra vitamin C you just piss it out. And it does nothing to treat COVID. And excess vitamin C can cause kidney stones. This is a🚩for bad advice.
