@FamilyLawHour many couples feel at a loss on how to move forward when trust and communication have broken down. This is why it is important that parents are signposted to DR at the earliest opportunity. Coaching can provide a safe space for them to be heard and learn new tools to communicate

@AnnmarieCarvy I completely agree. The legal arena is not the right space to resolve complex emotional issues. The more family lawyers equip themselves with therapeutic skills, the better able they will be to support families through this difficult transition. This is the future of family law.

I am looking forward to speaking at this event - symptoms of the menopause can lead to couples to leave each other and affect children too. Domestic abuse increases during this time too. The menopause often causes more than a few hot flushes #ResConf22
