Has anyone gone DEEP on building design systems in Claude? I think mine is pretty good and I’m able to design production ready pages for Shopify. But it still takes too long and ignores a lot of the instructions. Would love to compare notes with anyone that has gone deep here.

@codyplof Have you tried dispatch and asking it to figure it out. Maybe a daily script could do it?

I trained this @ltx_model LTX 2.3 LoRA of George Costanza at home on my 5090 in about a day with AI Toolkit. I generated this 30 second video with @ComfyUI on my 5090 in 6 minutes. Open source is, always has been, and always will be, the future of generative AI. (SOUND ON)

If you're now designing or redesigning a website, this will help you a lot. I recently curated the best hero sections, footers, social proof and other website parts because I got tired of having 15+ tabs open (even with Mobbin). Giving it away 100% free. Comment on this post, and I'll send a Figma link to your inbox!

@Lukealexxander I was looking for the same thing but it’s probably easiest just to build it out with your brand assets/knowledge. Maybe apify for ads scraping + kie for image generation.

Are there any visual libraries for AI to basically pull patterns and mass data to then create really good creatives, statics etc I thought I saw one rather than us feeding it all the images we can find

basically for the entire history of iris people told us we picked the wrong market to sell into, that CPG/ecommerce is dead TAM too small customers too cheap everyone raced to fund the iris’ of the world that were selling into tech companies fast forward 2 years, CPG is probably the ONLY market that in investable for tech companies selling into. Maybe manufacturing as well. same supply chain. technology companies that built their businesses on top of other tech companies are a couple anthropic updates away from their entire customer base getting wiped out

I need an Ai brand/creative designer - someone who can bridge the gap between stuff I can easily do with Ai visuals myself and product or more technical specific stuff it gets stuck on (typically where it can’t nail text or other more nuanced stuff and ruins the image) - Never want to pay for a brand photo shoot ever again - and ideally video next but that seems further off currently - who can do this? 🎨💡

All this talk about how AI is changing everything, and yet nearly every consumer-facing Fortune 500 Company's customer support features (including their AI Chat) are 100%, full-blown retarded. At what point does this become inexcusable in the age of AI?

No matter what you do B2C customer buying lowticket info can never figure out how to click one link to login to what they bought. Then they spam you calling you a scammer since they can't download what they purchased. No matter how simple we make it.

@mbertulli We’re actually using a new OS that is completely independent from apple. If the majority of mobile usage is done thru a chat bot agent - what makes the iPhone so special?

Unsure why @typeform hasn’t added the AI analysis review for lead scoring that Sales Kick has It’s amazing to have for higher intent leads being sent back to the pixel based on short form & long form answers being reviewed & then scored by AI Happy boy so far with this test

@BillDA Rebuilt something in 20 mins that another service was charging $90+ per month per client plus the token cost is cheaper. It’s also infinitely more scalable. But if it’s rebuilding Wispr flow for yourself to save $15 - just pay the $15

We’ve got a company in CA Pro where none of the members are native English speakers. Recently scaled a drop shipping product from $0 in ad spend to $100k plus per day in ad spend in 4 days. Profitably. They have multiple other products and brands all ripping too. Craziest part though? They literally just use AI and publish. Advertorials, ads, VSLs etc. Their copy has em-dashes galore. All the AI tropes people hate on. Half the time parts of their copy don’t even make sense logically. They don’t notice or don’t care. What they do is have a super high volume output and just test tons of stuff fast. I know this because they will submit stuff to me for feedback after the fact. “This is our control, how can we make it better?” Or “here’s our winning ad, can you help us come up with winning hooks for another demo?” So anyways, I just think it’s funny: since 2022 you’ve had some people acting like AI copy/funnels are garbage, and others who literally just ship AI stuff and print. Almost like, yet again, no matter if you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.

Roman Khan - Founder of Peak 21. We acquire brands
Just wrapped call w/ founder who wanted me to invest in his D2C business. I gave him different advice and a potential solution that's way cheaper (at bottom) Business owns him, not vice versa. 2025A: $17M rev, negative EBIT 2026F: $30M rev, <5% EBIT Key stats: - 21 day production lead times - Terms: 30% deposit, 20% on delivery, rest NET 30 - CM2 70% - High-cost debt (20%+ APR) - 120+ SKUs, no sell-through or per-SKU interest allocation - Factory solid (>30 mo relationship), unbeatable COGS-quality - Shipped from China to the consumer globally Recommendation: - Give factory 10% equity - Switch to consignment + EOD Friday payments for sold goods to remove cashflow constraints - Visit factory quarterly (4×/yr) I also shared how to prep 7 slides for supplier meeting. If post gets traction, I’ll recreate slides here as template. Just comment TRACTION. I need at least 100 lol I think he’ll succeed. He's smart and he is clearly a winner. Website for his category was 10 out of 10.
