@EmiratesNBD_AE Very disappointed with ENBD customer support. I contacted the call center multiple times regarding adding my supp. credit card to Apple Wallet because I’m not receiving the OTP.The issue keeps getting “escalated,” but the SR is closed every time without any action

Most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. I never expected this from @EmiratesNBD_AE . I am facing an issue regarding a transaction amount deduction and have been trying repeatedly to contact customer care for clarification.

@EmiratesNBD_AE Your 15month plan is more than what the minimum payment was. If someone is struggling to pay 2000 AED pm why would your restructure offer a payment of 2600???? @EmiratesNBD_AE this is not a reasonable plan and breaking @centralbankuae guidance

I was struggling to pay the 2k minimum payment due to financial hardship and asked for support from @EmiratesNBD_AE. This is what they have offered after threats and harassment. @centralbankuae and @SanadakUAE please help

I have paid my Credit card bill in @EmiratesNBD_KSA but when i check from @SADAD in any of my bank still showing has due please check why it is happening like @SADAD @SAMA_GOV in your mobile banking also your don’t have a proper way to log this
