@by_Kernow Thanks. I think that @FalmouthUni and @UniExeCornwall need to make this clear to their students as it's very misleading. FYI We've opted for the more expensive monthly all-Falmouth pass instead as my daughter has to make the return journey often twice a day - speed is important!

@by_Kernow please advise on status of route U3 which @FalmouthUni have recommended as a fast and frequent service between their campuses - but which does not appear to be running at all this week??

@kernowbususer @by_Kernow It does seem weird that it isn't included in the "student pass" as it literally serves campus to campus during uni term-time only, with relatively few stops between. Bit misleading for students, most of whom won't have read the small print.

@thetrainline I booked return tickets from London to Leeds for Sat 20/4. LNER now striking so trains not runnning. It was for a specific event so can't travel another day. Can I use same tickets on another route eg to Leeds via York or Derby? Or do I need to rebook new tickets?

@thetrainline Can you just answer my question because I have looked but can't find the answer online? Is my ticket valid for other routes? I need to get to Leeds on Sat - I don't mind which route I take. To rebook at such short notice would cost me more than twice as much so would rather....

@thetrainline @thetrainline - I can get a refund (which I don't want as I still need to go there), or travel on another train by the same operator but there are no direct trains. Can I take an indirect train? And what about the York-Leeds or Derby-Leeds leg which will be a different operator?

@Morrisons - 27 items missing from my delivery on 21/11 - about a third of my £150 shop - plus a completely wilted pot of basil. Reported immediately the driver had left, but three days later & still no help from customer service & no refund or apology! Really not good enough!!

Three days in and no refund or apology for 27 missing items from my delivery (about one third of total £150 order). @Morrisons should not be holding large amounts of customer cash; some families will have no choice but to go hungry in the current financial climate.
