@askesure Whenever I contact you, you eventually send me an email with £150 compensation, not a solution. After nearly 2 years I really want my house back and not smelling of rot. It’s pretty disgusting.

@askesure My house flooded in October 2024, explain why after nearly 2 years, you are still contesting the costs to fix my house. Despite providing you multiple quotes in the same ballpark. And you providing none. Except someone wanting to put asphalt in, which is illegal now.

@askesure You are offering a builder 9k, to put this room back into use which includes digging the floor up for tanking, and putting a new concrete floor in. You can’t find a builder, and unsurprisingly neither can we to fulfil your 3 quotes criteria.

Or Merseytravel can you pay for the application process for dvla process. This is £360 psychiatry fees. £50 admin fees and £30 for the GP letter to the dvla. And the bus fares during that time. Or please change this system as you are discriminating against disabled people.

Apparently as things stand you are rejecting my dvla letter as it is 4 days out of date. As you require a new letter each year. Well @DVLAgovuk do not provide annual revocation letters….. as the letter stands.

@Merseytravel please can you respond to my email asking why you have rejected my travel pass, as lI’ve provided the G2 form, and provided the medical evidence you asked for when you issued the pass last year to enable the pass to be extended.

My driving license is medically revoked, and I have to apply to a court to get it reinstated, as such I qualify for a disabled travel pass. Though @Merseytravel have decided I can drive, so don’t qualify. Interesting as my adhd psychiatrist,GP or Ed team disagree @PaulaBarkerMP

@Merseytravel could you explain why you are not following the law. Under the Transport Act 2000 I have reapplied, for a free bus pass. Which has been rejected, on the grounds evidence doesn’t state I’m unfit to drive. Just the fact that if I drive I would break the law.
