@HotpointUK @HotpointSupport Very disappointed that despite your Engineer coming out and confirming we have received a faulty item - they have informed Argos they are refusing to replace it. Consumer Rights Act must be different for them. The item was 1 day old!

@Argos_Online your customer service is atrocious. Faulty dishwasher which was noticed on day of delivery - sent an engineer who confirmed it was faulty. No one replying to my husband. A month later … still no dishwasher and faulty one taking up space! @stevendouglas33

@currys don’t order anything from curry’s. Returned an item for a refund two weeks ago and they still haven’t sent this. The agents can’t log a complaint and get a manager callback cos the system won’t allow! I don’t have the item or the money back. It’s a disgrace!
