Calling depression a 'chemical imbalance' isn't just wrong—it's making people suffer more. Research shows people who see depression (or painful emotional experiences) as a signal- a valid response to life events signaling a need for adaptation or change- feel more empowered & less stigmatized. Improves wellbeing & outcomes. Time to stop treating our minds like broken machines.

Lammy seems to have forgotten the concept of the presumption of innocence. "If you steal an iPhone from Curry's this afternoon why should you have a jury trial?" he asked, in a lame attempt to defend the indefensible. 🤔 What if you actually didn't steal the iPhone and were falsely accused by a malicious store detective. And a conviction for theft would cost you your job, your marriage, your house, access to your kids. Lammy is becoming more of a joke every time he opens his mouth. I wouldn't trust him to issue parking tickets.

At the start, 3 of the 7 MPs present had to declare membership of - or donations from - 'Friends of Israel' groups. A fourth MP (Peter Prinsley) failed to declare his recent trip to Israel with Labour Friends of Israel.

The Hind Rajab Foundation has filed a criminal complaint in Germany against German-Israeli soldier Shimon Zuckerman, accusing him of war crimes and crimes against humanity for his role in the Israeli genocide in Gaza. Ever since I've been trying to feel his presence everyday and repent from my sins and I Follow god, not religion.
