@McDonaldsUK ordered 2 friends meals for delivery tonight and no toys were sent 😭 what’s the best way to contact the restaurant about this? Will they send them? Or allow us to collect at a later date?

@Argos_Online placed an order tonight and on the confirmation page was a link for a free Apple TV trial. Unfortunately the page froze and I couldn’t navigate back to it. Is there a way to still get this offer?

@FunkoEurope is there a problem with the website and communications at the moment? Since the website login change my most recent order doesn’t show, only half of it arrived and I’ve had no response to the email customer services asked me to send with photos of what I received.

Some saying about the new lower Standing Charge tariffs that "lowering standing charges would make no difference, as they'd just put it on the unit rate." That is true, except the 'no difference' bit. Lower users, where the standing charge is a substantial portion of the bill, would benefit & save. Higher users should avoid the low standing charge tariffs. So I am in favour of adding this to the tariff choice (indeed I was the one pushing this). My problem is that doing it outside of the Price Cap mechanism, means firms could substantially inflate unit rates beyond just incorporating the cost of lowering Standing Charges. Plus by making it a switchable tariff rather than a price cap tariff, we deny those vulnerable customers (think those with dementia etc) who rarely engage in the switching market an opportunity to get lower Standing Charges.

@OVOEnergy You are doubling the price of charging from home for 7p to 14p which doesn’t seem a lot but if last month your charging was £25 for the month it’s now £50 for that Disgusting

@OVOEnergy What a joke @OVOEnergy. How to go from the best rated to the worst in one step. You ask us to charge at low use times and then introduce tariffs to charge at any time at double the cost! #ripoffbritain

@emmaheady @OVOEnergy @MartinSLewis interesting example of customers being locked into fixed price dual fuel contacts and then supplementary services doubled in price. Sounds as if OVO PR team need to explain how things are simplified here and how customers are not being robbed (100% price hike!!).

@emmaheady @admglrh @OVOEnergy I didn’t see that bit? So I can leave even if I’ve only been with them for two months? I have a year long contract. I’ll move to Octopus.

@OVOEnergy In the last month you have tried to increase our DD by £40 per month & now you’re doubling our EV charging rate, none of that screams perks?! Our new fixed rate isn’t due to start until 5 Oct - can we leave penalty free as this isn’t what we signed up for?!

@MartinSLewis thoughts on @OVOEnergy doubling EV charging rates? Their email states “We hope you'll stay with us, but you can switch energy suppliers at any time. If you're on a fixed-rate tariff, you can switch without "exit fees" by completing this form.”

@chrisho94045082 Hi Chris, Unfortunately this is not something we can do as the contract states there would be an early exit fee if left before the end, if you are on a fixed tariff then the unit rates of your gas and electric usage will stay the same as well as the standing charge for the (1/2)
