@Se_Railway what’s happening Hayes line?

Thanks @Se_Railway today I miss the Hayes train from London Bridge because train from Cannon Street leaves 8 mins late. Yesterday that train was in time but 17:27 to Hayes cancelled and 17:48 23 mins late. No matter what the da there’s always something to make this journey awful

@emmamurphy I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues with that and it's still not resolved. You can call 150 from an EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone. You can select option 1 to receive a text and request a callback. -Monika

@EE Your website says that to add or amend a spend cap, log in and then go to 'plans and subscriptions'. This does not exist online or on the app. Need to add a spend cap ASAP, please help.

@EE @EE thanks, Monika. I have tried to link my accounts previously, spending a long time with customer care as I got an error message I needed to prove my ID. He was unable to resolve it, I believe it is an open ticket. Please could you DM me the best way to speak to a human?

@emmamurphy It looks like your account might not be linked. It'd be best to give our Customer Care Team a call, so they can add Spend Cap for you and sort out your online access. You can find ways to contact them at ee.co.uk/contact-ee. -Monika

@emmamurphy Hi Emma, thank you for letting us know about this, I'll get that fed back. You can add Spend Cap in the EE app by clicking Manage > Billing > Mobile & SIMs > Check settings > Spend Cap. You can also do this by texting SPEND CAP to 150. -Monika

@Se_Railway Except all the delayed and cancelled trains on the Hayes Line. Is the 8.03 from West Wickham to Charing Cross actually going to run? It said on time, now saying delayed. All others cancelled as you’d know
