@thameswater our meter is faulty and our bills are 5 x more than our neighbours. In December we turned the water off and the meter stopped. Today it didn’t. Our neighbour also had a broken connection at the meter. Can you please come urgently to fix and check. Thanks.

@emmapenelope The car will need to be looked at by a mechanic at a Hyundai retailer, to see if there's been any modifications etc made, which goes against the Terms and Conditions and would invalidate a warranty. You can find those here: dmassets.hyundai.com/is/content/hyu…

@emmapenelope We provide the warranty if still valid but an Hyundai approved retailer would need to look at the car first we cannot do this online sorry.
