@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp I am running out of options here. I have spoken to your staff many, many times over the last few weeks and seem to be getting nowhere. I am currently unable to get a mortgage due to an account being made for a flat I left in 2022. This is shocking.

Please can someone contact me who has authority to rectify this, and access the old historic account system as well as the new system because I have been wrongly created a new account last year. I am so confused how this happened but I can’t let this continue. @BritishGasHelp
