Back in 2021, I started learning design from YouTube. I still remember the small laptop I used — broken display, low RAM, constant lags — but a heart full of passion. It wasn’t easy. The journey was rough, but I kept going. Today, I can proudly say: I own a company. Yes, my own studio, my own team, my dream finally alive. It’s a feeling I honestly can’t describe. Yeah, We know ‘ AI tools are everywhere now. You can generate entire designs with a prompt, and tools like Framer are getting closer to replacing parts of the traditional design-to-development workflow. But for me, @Figma is still everything. I never start designing directly in Framer. My process is: Moodboard → Explore multiple variations → Finalize in Figma → Ship it in Framer 🚀 AI can make the process faster, but I still want full control over the creative direction before I build. What about you? How do you start a website project in 2026—Figma first, AI first, or straight into @Framer?

Being South Asian has nothing to do with talent or having a Featured template. I mentioned my location simply to be transparent about my budget. If the budget doesn’t work for you, you’re free not to apply—it’s really that simple. Plenty of highly talented developers have already applied and are perfectly capable of deciding for themselves whether the opportunity works for them. Nobody is forcing you to apply. Meanwhile, people far more qualified than you already did. So, no need to get offended on everyone else’s behalf. Oil your own head first, brother.

Finally reached my first 200 followers in 2 weeks🥳 and I realized I never properly introduced myself. Hi, I'm Bella. It's been more than 3.5 years running my small studio. We specialize in building websites for service-based businesses. In late February this year, we started selling templates on the side for passive income, and the results have been really good. Just one landing page template has already brought us around $5k. Because of my studio, now I can hop on a trip on a random Tuesday without asking anyone's permission. This is the kind of freedom I always dreamed of. Getting here wasn’t easy at all, but am I happy now? Absolutely YES.
