@RachelClimie Another example of the public health relevance of primordial prevention beyond cardiovascular diseases. Our main challenge is to make people change their behaviors , so it’s time for multi component intervention studies.

In this study 👇we found that risk of #cancer decreased as #cardiovascular health increased. Primordial #prevention is important for the prevention of cancer.
