🛠️ If your team has issues to work through, a tool: We do an exercise at our offsites called Elephants, Tigers & Paper Tigers. Everyone gets a post-it pad, and you make 3 sections on the board: - Elephants are things that the group isn’t talking about but needs to - Tigers are things threatening the team, risks - Paper tigers are things that seem like risks, but actually aren’t Everyone uses post-its and places them in sections, and as a group, you tackle the issues. You can group them, add +1s to see who agrees and tackle the most voted ones first. When done well, the “tigers” and even “elephants” move into the paper tigers section. It’s really great for flattening the org and talking through issues, because everyone gets gets a say no matter status or if they’re more quiet.

@johnbbeta probably stuck on a failed update. Windows 10 go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View update history Windows 11 go to Settings > Windows Update > Update history Look for a “failed” status. If that isn’t it, let me know and I’ll help you check other logs.

@infosec_fox Boundaries. Have conversations with coworkers and management about the ebb and flow of work. Just spent the past 10 days busting my butt to get some security evaluations and reports done… I’m going to spend the next few days relaxing, recovering, and doing the minimum.
