Some protest happening somewhere and I have been on the road for 1.5 hours now! Traffic is crawling. Pile up of work waiting in office. I have developed a headache and I need coffee. Hope your Monday morning is treating you better.

Traffic Advisory Traffic at Noida severely affected due to on going agitation by the workers from private factories. They have completely blocked Noida Link Road coming from Chilla Border (Delhi). Traffic movement towards Noida from the Chilla Border is severely affected. Public is hereby advised to plan their journey accordingly and use DND for travelling to Noida. Traffic intending to go to Noida may use DND from Sarai Kale Khan or alternatively use NH 24 - Kondli Bridge and enter Noida through Noida Mod.

The passenger fares of the Delhi Metro services have been revised with effect from today, that is, 25th August 2025 (Monday) onwards. The increase is minimal, ranging from ₹ 1 to ₹ 4 only depending on the distance of travel (upto ₹5 for the Airport Express Line). The new fare slabs, effective from 25th August 2025, are as follows:

This is in reference to some social media posts claiming that Delhi Metro fares have been revised. Delhi Metro's fares can only be revised by an independent Fare Fixation Committee which is nominated by the Government. Presently there is no such proposal for the constitution of any Fare Fixation Committee.

The universe has returned the love I lost, tenfold.  To all victims of domestic violence: there is light at the end of the tunnel. Trust me. Don’t stay for the sake of love. Don't stay hoping your love will change your abuser. Leave, because there's a brighter life waiting for you, free from harm, filled with everything you truly deserve. Because if I made it, so can you.
