@Adamthallith My sister, you marry a man that cares about himself alone. Move on sis, divorce if possible and take custody of your kids. Opportunity comes once. You or any of your kids may be his saviour in future. Don't look back because of love, if he loves he will come back to you.

“Assalamun Aleikun Wa Rahmatullah, please keep me anonymous Ma. I am a medical doctor with 5years of active practice, i am also in a polygyny marriage, I’m the first wife of my husband, we’ve been married for 6years, blessed with 2 sons. Our marriage isn’t perfect, but Alhamdulillah. I got an offer in UK to come and practice with the help of my younger brother who’s also a practicing nurse in UK, my younger brother has been practicing in UK for a while and he’s been helping me with my relocation for as far back as 2023, which is not hidden from my husband and he never say no about it. My husband got married June 2024, and since then, our marriage has been through test but Alhamdulillah, I’ve been patience and trying to deal with sharing my husband. Now this is the issue, I got offer November this year (2025) and my husband said I should not go, he knows how much I want this, how much I prayed for it, different exams, the visa stress and everything, he knows even how much my brother sacrificed for me for this to happen, now he’s saying I must not go, he said I’m going because he married another wife, he even go as far as saying I should choose the offer or our marriage, there is no name he hasn’t called me. We had arguments about it yesterday and he verbally abused me in front of our children, he also mocked me with a mistake I made at the early year of our marriage, I cried so much, my co-wives also came to my apartment today to pick almost all my husband belonging that’s in my apartment on the instruction of our husband. I told my younger brother and he’s so mad about it, he keep saying if I let his efforts waste, he will not help me in anything related to relocation again. My husband has blocked me on WhatsApp and he’s not visited my apartment today, even though I’m the next in turn with the sleeping routine and I doubt he’ll come, I’m lost, I don’t know what to do, I’m not ready to lose this opportunity, and God sees my heart that all of this is not because of second wife, I love my husband even in all of this I still do love him, but my career progression is as important and I’m not ready to let this go, I’m lost, I don’t want to talk to my immediate family, I know they’ll be bias with their opinions and advice and I’ve also beg my younger brother not to tell our family anything yet, please advice me.”

This diagram was released and explains the accident. Those two on the right are Anthony Joshua’s friends who died. AJ and the driver survived. Impact was heavily on the right side of the vehicle. Rest in peace to the fallen heroes.

There will not be exchange of insurance if the accidents were fatal though, that wouldn’t have been the priority. People are not complaining that an accident happened, they are complaining about the response to it! Do people randomly park long vehicles on the hard shoulder of highways in the country you are referring to? Paramedics and Police not showing up, is that the common thing in the country? What people are asking for is for the benefit of everyone including the Politicians!

I never knew APC supporters and their leaders are these terribly stupid until I saw them circulating a request memo from Oyo State Government where the state made a request to the FG. Sadly, that’s the same document they posted as evidence of their payment of N50bn to Governor @seyimakinde instead of payment voucher. Honestly, if these are the people defending our politicians, then Nigeria is indeed in trouble. I am not a fan of H.E Seyi Makinde because of what he did to my principal in 2023 but I honestly think Fayose and his social media defenders are all people of low IQ. Even portable won’t display this level of low intelligence on any issue.

Ayodele Fayose and @OlayinkaLere are parading a request that the Oyo State Government applied to the FG, but they have not shown us the payment voucher, which indicates the payment of N50 billion. Governor Seyi threatened to sue Fayose for evidence of the payment of the N50b, and he brought this. Oyo State residents, especially those affected in Bodija want to see the payment voucher please.

@OlayinkaLere This "evidence" is just a request letter from the Accountant General seeking approval, not proof of approval or disbursement. Show the actual payment voucher or keep quiet. Misleading Nigerians won't work.

Fayose Releases Evidence of N50bn Governor Makinde Got From FG For Ibadan Explosion Victims Two days ago, I said on a national television that Oyo State under Governor Seyi Makinde got a sum of N50bn from the Federal Government as intervention on the January 2024 explosion in Ibadan. Yesterday, the Governor responded by asking me to provide evidence that he received such money, and here is the evidence he asked for. Meanwhile, only N4.5bn was released to victims of the Ibadan Explosion. Rather, he diverted this fund and many others to his Presidential ambition, which is the reason for the crisis in the PDP and his attacks on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his government. Even though it is not in my character to go public with official government documents, I had to do this so that Nigerians will know who is saying the truth, and who has not been sincere with the people of Oyo State. Most importantly, if as a governor, you have elected to go on national television to disclose part of what transpired in private meetings you had with the President, it becomes the duty of well-meaning Nigerians to give full disclosure. Lastly, I challenge Governor Seyi Makinde to sue me on this. Let me also tell him that there are proofs of other intervention funds received from Tinubu’s administration by the Oyo State Government, which the governor refused to disclose to the people. Also, there are documentary evidences on the actual Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) of Oyo State, as against Governor Makinde's claim, but we will keep our gunpowder dry for now. My name is still Ayo Fayose, I don’t say what I can't prove. Ayodele Fayose Governor of Ekiti State (2003 - 2006 and 2014 - 2018) December 28, 2025

Yesterday, I was introduced to a man who has been wrongfully accused of a crime he insists he did not commit. He is currently detained at the Correctional Centre in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The alleged offence stems from an innocuous errand: he drove the wife of his longtime friend, someone he has known for over 20 years, from Lagos to Auchi and back. He was paid ₦100,000 for his services, using a vehicle owned by his friend. During the stop in Auchi, the woman entered the premises of a microfinance bank carrying a POS machine and two mobile phones. While he waited in the car, she called him and requested that he bring her the second phone from the vehicle, as she needed it inside the bank. Several weeks later, he was arrested by the police on charges of money laundering and conspiracy to commit money laundering. He was held in custody in Auchi for three months, during which time bail was denied. The case was initially before the Magistrate Court in Auchi, but the police withdrew the matter and transferred it to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The EFCC then transported him to Uyo, where they filed fresh charges alleging money laundering offences purportedly committed in Uyo. According to him, he had never visited Uyo, Calabar, or any part of the South-South region before being brought there by the EFCC. This was his first time in the area. Throughout his ordeal, he has been denied access to his wife and daughter. I plan to visit him next week to discuss the details further and ascertain the next court date. He appears utterly drained (going by our phone conversation), physically weak, and has lost hope. Most troubling of all, the evidence provided does not mention his name, and nothing in the charge sheet establishes any link between him and the alleged offence. I look forward to representing him pro bono.

This is my friend, James Njuguna Kamau. He started life with discipline stitched into his bones. Kingeero Primary. Alliance high school. Top of his class every single time. He graduated with first-class honors in Engineering at the University of Nairobi in 1967, then finished a PhD long before his peers even wrapped up their Masters. He never smoked. Never touched alcohol. Never chased scandal of women. Never stained his name. He chose one woman. Married her. Stayed faithful to her for life. He raised four brilliant children and sent all of them to the Ivy Leagues on merit, doors he opened with sacrifice, late nights, quiet work and money he never spent on himself. He gave them the life he never had. And they took it. And they went abroad. And they stayed there. Now he is in his seventies. A well respected professor. A man who shaped generations. But in the house he built with his wife, he is a ghost moving from room to room. He stood in his kitchen today, staring at raw chicken, trying to remember how chicken tikka is made. Because he’s alone. Utterly alone. His wife left four years ago to “help their daughter” in Melbourne after childbirth. Routine visit, she said. She never came back. She now belongs to the children. Birthdays are FaceTime calls. Anniversaries reduced to emojis in group chats. Her body is abroad. Her heart left long before her flight. And this man who lived right, loved right, did right, has been abandoned without ever doing anything wrong. A bachelor again. Not by sin. Not by choice. But by quiet, creeping neglect from the very people he built his world around. This is the lonely end of a good man. A man who never cheated. Never strayed. Never hurt anyone. A man who believed that doing everything by the book would protect him in old age. Yet here he stands: Alone. Heartbroken. Still loyal to a woman who forgot to come home. And the saddest part? His story is not rare. This is the silent fate of many “good men”, men who poured themselves out until nothing was left for them. So the hard questions linger: If he was a polygamist… would at least one wife have stayed? If he built stronger friendships, social circles, a life outside the family… would the silence be softer? If he had someone, anyone, who checked in on him the way he checked in on everyone else… would he feel this invisible? If he had lived even 20% for himself… would this ending still look this cruel? This is not an invitation to abandon virtue. It’s a plea to balance it. Because loyalty is beautiful. But loneliness is unforgiving. And love, when it stops being mutual in old age, becomes a slow, quiet heartbreak that medicine can’t treat and time can’t fix. To every man reading this: How do we avoid ending up like this? What systems, friendships and self-preserving habits must we build now so that at 75, we are not standing over a lonely kitchen counter, whispering to ourselves, “Where did everyone go?” Because in 2025, being a good man is no longer enough. Not by itself. Not anymore.

Jesus died at 33. The human spine has 33 vertebrae. The same structure that holds us up is the same number of years He held this Earth. We have 12 ribs on each side. 12 disciples. 12 tribes of Israel. God built His design into our bones. He wrote Heaven into our anatomy. The vagus nerve runs from your brain to your heart and gut. It calms storms inside the body. It looks just like a cross. That’s the power source running through us. Every time your body heals, every time your heart slows in prayer, every time peace shows up when it shouldn’t…that’s Him. Jesus rose on the third day. Science tells us that when you fast for 3 days, your body starts regenerating. Old cells die. New ones are born. Healing begins. Your body literally resurrects itself. That’s not coincidence. That’s design. And it keeps going. Your heart has an electrical rhythm. Your brain lights up when you pray. Tears contain different chemicals depending on if you're crying from joy or grief. The blood speaks. The bones store memory. The body worships whether you realize it or not. We are fearfully and wonderfully made. We are walking prophecy. Walking tabernacles. Dust and divinity in one. God didn’t just create you. He carved Himself into you. You don’t need to look far to find Him. You just need to look inward. He’s been in the design since the beginning.

If actually, the military strikes against the terrorists targets in the North Western part of Nigeria were a joint operation with the ‘Nigerian Authorities’ as posted by the US AFRICOM on their verified X handle, then it’s a conscionable action.Terrorists have become cancerous cells in our part of the country. They live by the sword. The narrative that the evil terrorists only targets one faith, remains absolutely false and misleading.Again, the ultimate security and peace in our country lies with ourselves and not with the US or any foreign power. They can complimentarily or unilaterally strike, but they can’t eternally fight our battles.

NIGERIA UPDATE: “Is Tinubu relocating Nigeria’s capital to Lagos, piece by piece?” by: Mohammed Bello Doka - Opinion via Daily Trust - December 25, 2025 Nigeria is a federation in name, but under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, it is beginning to look like a country governed from one city, for one city, and in the image of one city. What is unfolding before our eyes is not announced, not debated, and not legislated—but it is real. Read more: dailytrust.com/is-tinubu-relo…
