It's not my ticket; it's our ticket to help rescue Nigeria through Mr. Peter Obi. We are loyal to our party, NDC, and we always respect the party's decision. Every aspirant's and candidate's primary objective is for Peter Obi to be president, and other ambitions are secondary. We are fully aware of what his presidency will bring to all Nigerians and Nigeria, irrespective of state, region, religion, or tribe. Good governance affects everyone. We own our strategies to win in 2027; we will deliver. OK✌️

Enough of the coordinated attacks. Day after day, media platforms amplify lies, tribal smears, and character assassination against Peter Obi while ignoring his five unbroken years of principled opposition, self-funded campaigns, and unwavering focus on solutions. We have witnessed where malicious lies and propaganda are being spread to discredit Peter Obi. Anchors and program hosts do nothing to challenge the lies on their platforms as fair journalists. Let me be clear here; PETER OBI IS NOT LIKE THEM. He does not steal. He will not tolerate stealing. He has proven he can cut the cost of governance, make institutions work, eliminate padding and waste, and govern with compassion, competence, and fear of God. He offers issue-based leadership, national unity, security, and justice not propaganda and division. He has endured threats to his life, family, and businesses, yet he remains focused on what truly matters: rebuilding a Nigeria where our children have hope and our talents can thrive at home. Let us rally around Peter Obi and credible partners like Sen. Rabiu Kwankwaso. Let us reject hate and demand answers to the real questions Obi asks daily: How do we reduce the cost of governance and invest in the people? How do we attract investment, create jobs, and bring our diaspora home? How do we restore security, justice, and unity? How do we deal with corruption and rascality in governance? Nigeria deserves better. Peter Obi represents that better choice. Don't get distracted. Let's sell our beautiful product and hope to Nigerians. Go get your PVC first and help others get theirs 🙏 A New Nigeria is POssible ✌️ #NigeriaWillBeOK

If the Court of Appeal judgement against the David Mark elected state working coming of ADC is allowed to stand, then, the can approach the court to disqualify Atiku because the SWC that conducted the primary that elected Atiku had no power to do so. ADC is more trouble than NDC

Wrong Jurisprudence on Party Management It is wrong jurisprudence to say the court has no jurisdiction on ‘internal affairs’ of the party. First, what is ‘internal affairs’ of the party? When members of the party quarrel about who is the rightful candidate or leader of the party based on the rules of the party, it is ‘internal affairs’, but JUSTICIABLE When the dispute is about how the party runs its activities without breach of its rules or statutes, it is ‘internal affair’ and NON-JUSTICIABLE So, internal affair’ is not the decider of judicial review. The decider is whether there is a legal issue involving a claim of violation of right of a party member created by party law or statute.

These is not an issue. It only affects State congress. It doesn't have the NWC of ADC. It's a non-issue.
Nigerian Affairs Journal@NigAffairs

BREAKING: Appeal Court dismisses David Mark's appeal and upholds the Federal High Court judgment, which restrained INEC from recognising any state congresses conducted by committees appointed by the David Mark-led caretaker leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC). In a split decision of 2-to-1, the three-member panel of the appellate court, in a lead verdict delivered by Justice Okon Abang, said it found no reason to set aside the restraining order the Federal High Court in Abuja had issued against the Mark-led ADC on April 29. It further upheld the order of trial Justice Joyce Abdulmalik, which restrained the Mark-led executives from interfering with the tenure and functions of the party’s elected state executives. The appellate court concurred that responsibility for conducting state congresses of political parties rests with elected state executive committees, not with the national leadership. While Justices Abang and Donatus Okorowo gave the majority verdict barring the electoral body from acknowledging the outcome of congresses held by the Mark-led leadership of the ADC, the head of the appellate court’s panel, Justice Abba Mohammed, gave a dissenting judgment. In his minority decision, Justice Mohammed held that the case that precipitated the restraining order bordered on a non-justiciable internal affair of a political party. He held that the trial court was wrong to have assumed jurisdiction to entertain the matter.

Thank you Uncle Waziri @Waziriadio for this. Bon courage. Just two points of clarification. The court in Kaduna that imposed the "hard to meet" bail conditions is NOT the Kaduna State High Court but the Federal High Court sitting in Kaduna presided by Justice Aikawa.
Waziri Adio@Waziriadio

In today's @THISDAYLIVE , I submit that keeping El-Rufai in detention for about 150 days, under different guises including excessive bail terms, is wrong and untenable. 👇🏽 thisdaylive.com/2026/07/12/el-…

Nasir Ahmad Elrufai has written a letter from detention to National Secretary of the ADC expressing his grievances and addressing some pressing issues affecting the Party. He has been marginalized and dissociated from being consulted regarding the party progress. A house divided against itself. Any coalition built on an unholy alliance is destined to falter. The wind had blown and exposed the anus of the hen.

In trying to exonerate the #ThiefOfStaff, Bayo Onanuga has implicated the @cenbank Governor, the NSA, the AGF and other top govt functionaries, including the SGF. Finally, APC will learn the adage “when in the hole, stop digging”.

This is my problem with Atiku supporters. They blame Obi alone for the disunity in the coalition without acknowledging the role Atiku's ambition have played in this mess we have found ourselves in. God knows the day I will see both of them in a room I will look them deed in the eyes and tell them how selfish the both of them have been and what it is costing us now For God's sakes none of them MUST be President for Nigerian to work! What we needed to do was to build a team as opposition and select anyone as the Presidential candidate It is about their ambition to be President nothing else for them and I will personally not forgive them if this 2027 passes us by! Nothing stops Atiku from asking PO to lead the charge and bless him afterall you choose him as VP which means you believed he has the capacity to run the affairs of the country in your absence. And nothing stops PO from becoming AA's VP for the interest of the country afterall you still consider him your leader and clearly the dynamics of 2023 is not same with 2027 But no these two men are either selfish or they don't have supporters that can tell them the TRUTH about the realities. Let's see where this grandstanding will lead all of us in 2027. I won't say anything until after the election
Justice4Kajurians@MartynsObot

@HAHayatu The truth is Atiku and Obi ambitions killed opposition.Don't make it look one sided. Blame both leaders... Obi should have conceded or Atiku should have conceded.BAT took advantage. And again, Atikulates won't support Obi and vice versa, so for me there is no need for fake unity

In the wake of the recent Federal High Court ruling on the NDC, I urge all our supporters to remain calm, patient, and resolute. This is not the time to falter. Let us stay united and focused on our noble mission of rescuing our beloved nation. My full remarks on this matter are contained in the video below. - RMK
