Posted this as a reply to something but think it warrants its own discussion. An idea for @yugalabs / @BoredApeYC & location based "club" houses. What would your ideal club house be? In my opinion it's not exactly like a WeWork/co-working space model but something similar. A venue for co-working, incubation for start ups (@Superscrypt/@jacobkxyz would love your opinion here), bar, restaurant, events, meeting rooms, private areas etc. Run by local apes, free for apes, charge others, discount for other nft communities etc. Members lounges are as old as time and popular in big cities. It's a successful model here in Singapore but with the nft angle I think it could be a nice bridge to bring people and communities together and make some $ along the way. At least in Asia we could definitely bang one out in Singapore, Hong Kong, Seoul, Taiwan, Shanghai, Tokyo with the support of local apes. Imagine all the ape builders setting up their office within the BAYC club house. The vibes would be immaculate. So many ways you could skin this up. Worth some thought and discussion. Could fire up an AIP if there's interest to go that route but would also make sense for Yuga. Let's build on the yacht club. @CryptoGarga @dalegre have you thought about this at all?
