LAWSUIT UPDATE 🚨 Day 290 of being under unlawful police investigation after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my home and steal my consoles after @Sega screwed up their clearance process. A human rights lawsuit alleging violations of Articles 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 13 & 14 by @SEGA /Fusion85/ @CityPolice was filed in March. As of today all three defendants are in default, having not filed a valid acknowledgment of service. Once again, all parties have displayed complete disregard for lawful process in not taking a High Court Human Rights lawsuit seriously. Sega attempted to engage, using a big law firm to try and scare me in to submission by arguing my claim was “totally without merit”, claiming all their fees from me, and filing a witness statement from Daniel Finegold that confirms Lindsay Cox was responsible for the clearance. The same Lindsay who recognised me when I attempted to serve the lawsuit on @SEGA in person, video attached. The full extent of that witness statement will be revealed in due course, it tells us A LOT ☕️ The police tried to send an email to the court asking for the claim to be thrown out. I’m at a loss for words with how utterly incompetent civil servants are. This has now backfired catastrophically for @CityPolice the full extent of which will be revealed soon ☕️ Fusion85 have remained entirely silent, a default judgement against them will likely follow in due course. A further lawsuit against individual officers will soon be served, alleging amongst others, material non disclosure in the warrant application process. I offered a ceasefire and the opportunity to resolve this situation almost 3 weeks ago, once again it fell on deaf ears, so i’m forced back in to the public to seek justice and accountability for how I have been treated. Apparently @CityPolice have made a criminal referral in anticipation of a not guilty plea from myself. No idea what crime i’ve allegedly committed by buying office clearance remnants from a charity sub contractor in good faith. @GamersNexus has of course been provided with ALL details and will report in due course.

@GreatStoryCorey @charlieINTEL Nintendo hasn't stopped making hardware to focus purely on streaming through, nor have they changed their core culture as a company. The point is the essence of what makes Xbox Xbox is being corroded away fairly quickly both consumer market wise and internally.

@Enmity @charlieINTEL I see your point but the history of Xbox won't be forgotten. It's always there. Companies need to adapt and make new history otherwise they will be forgotten. Nintendo stopped making NES and SNES and their history hasn't been forgotten.

It's really amazing being able to finally see the lost Halo 2 Anniversary main menu in full now! Previously the only version in existence was in old builds of OG MCC on Xbox with no way to actually load it up. Lots more interesting stuff in the H2A Xbox 360 build too!

@Wood2art @LongTimeHistory They were covering their face since the very first raid, got nothing to do with cooperation of anyone. Has everything to do with knowing what they are doing is fucked and they aren't liked by most.

If local police were allowed to cooperate with ICE and ICE agents weren't continually photographed and demonized on social media, mistakes like this could be avoided and ICE wouldn't have to cover their faces for protection. I was detained once b police because I fit the description of someone who had just robbed a store in the neighborhood. In other words, because of the way I looked. Not a big deal.

ICE detain 4 car wash employees—all legal residents of U.S. "It's not legal to take him because he's a resident," manager told agent. "We're going to take him and check—if he's good we'll bring him back," agent said. Handcuffed and taken away in white vans to unknown location. "In other words, you're guilty of 'looking' illegal until you prove yourself innocent." The raid occurred at Bixby Knolls Car Wash in Long Beach, California. #DemsUnited
