Welp. If you live in New York state and plan on using @enterprise car rentals. Fucking ridiculous. Scheduled for a car rental. Came in today to get my rental. Sorry. Absolutely no Fucking cars to rent. Fuck them

@Enterprise Why ? What can you do about this? I had an appointment today to drop off my car at my local body shop. Cant now. Gotta wait until tomorrow now. The rep at the location i was at saud there will be a vehicle tomorrow. This is on Genesee st In Buffalo NY.

@Enterprise My days been on hold for 2 hours waiting to collect a van from Manchester Ashton old road. At least 3 vans come and gone in that time but we’ve been kept here waiting. 2 vans sat in the car park. It’ll be nice to hit all that traffic now. Thanks!!

Wow. It has been over a month since @Enterprise promised to follow-up after a disaster experience while trying to rent a car. The only thing I received was an automated response. If I could give you 5 stars for the worst customer service, I would. 🥳

I was in an accident Monday insurance got me rental through @Enterprise supposed to be priority, NOPE!! Waiting area filled with cars ppl cause they have no cars!! With a hour plus wait “to see” if they get any in!
