$SHLS Shoals Technologies Group, Inc. (“Shoals”) (Nasdaq: SHLS), a global leader in electrical infrastructure solutions for the energy transition market, announced today that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“ITC”) has issued a favorable initial determination in Shoals’ patent infringement complaint against Voltage, LLC (“Voltage”) and its related foreign entity. On February 6, 2026, an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at the ITC issued an initial finding that Voltage violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by importing LYNX trunk bus products into the United States.

@PNValueInvestor Couldn’t have been timed more closely there! This could always be a shedding of non core in preparation for sale

$CDLX — thoughts on today’s Bridg sale 🧵 For full disclosure: Again I had zero prior knowledge of today’s announcement. Pure coincidence. Also worth saying upfront — this isn’t a full sale, but it does matter. Bridg was non-core, cash-hungry, and effectively valued at zero inside CDLX. Selling it now for ~$27.5–30m is about focus and survival optionality, not squeezing the last dollar. This is good capital allocation. It removes a likely $8–12m annual cash burn, simplifies the story, and gives CDLX 12–18 months of extra runway once the $PAR shares are monetised. Yes, it’s paid in $PAR stock, not cash — but the shares are registered, liquid, and can be sold in tranches. This isn’t diamond-handing PAR; it’s a funding bridge. $PAR isn’t “cheap” deep value, but swapping a subscale, loss-making asset for equity in a higher-quality operator is a risk-reducing trade at this stage. This deal doesn’t re-rate the stock overnight but will do soon. It doesn’t fix revenue by itself. What it does do is materially reduce downside risk and keep the upside alive. Pre-sale, CDLX was priced for distress. Post-sale, survival is the base case — and upside scenarios are back on the table. This tells me management has shifted: focus > sprawl discipline > hope equity preservation > empire building Not a home run — but a necessary, intelligent move. $CDLX is investable again.

$CDLX Been digging in. Increasing signs the company could be packaging itself for a sale over the next 12–18 months. Former CFO returns with RSUs (alignment), CEO laser-focused on EBITDA positivity and cost discipline, new revenue streams less dependent on FIs, and legacy FIs stepping back or imposing limits. Feels like pruning + simplification. Worth rereading the Mar ’25 and Jan ’26 statements — language around “shareholder returns” stands out. If revenue inflection doesn’t materialise soon, I suspect potential suitors may already be circling (helped by the CFO’s rolodex). I’d prefer a clean turnaround + growth, but tight credit markets may make a sale the pragmatic outcome. Let’s see. I do hope @beaniemaxi thesis plays out though - no problems paying the coupons on convertible debt until 2029 as Amit seems very prudent on cost side of things, just need the counterbalance for revenue to grow now.

@msVavvaV Seems pretty likely that these new BofA offers are not through $CDLX. Also, the initial response for the new offers aren’t positive.

Monzo expands into Europe with a new Dublin HQ and its first EU banking licence, as it acquires Habito to strengthen its mortgage business. The moves come alongside shareholder unrest over leadership changes at the UK’s largest digital bank. ft.trib.al/9UZ1sB8

From what I’m seeing and thinking, $BAC is ramping up with $CDLX offers. Looks like $BAC is improving the new user interface, with the help, I believe, from $CDLX, even though the filings say otherwise, suggesting they are mutually working together despite restrictions at $JPM.

@entropicccc The more $CDLX offers I see on $BAC, the more it shows $BAC is leaning in. $BAC does use a mix of reward sources, including Catera, which is fine because it drives user engagement. More importantly, a new UI with better visuals can significantly boost interaction, which is huge.

@A_L_Andrejs Interesting, repeating the same with a $cdlx bank doesn’t give results nearly as negative as that either. Cheers

Trading 212 now offering cashback, though I don’t recognise the deals in the example below. Is this $cdlx or a competition?
