@FedotOff90 Ive got a silly question. Coming from the AM industry and recently launching my second ecom ever: When we talk about pumping 200 creatives a week, are we about dozens of various marketing angles, or just vid / img variations with the same message which are proven to work?

@FedotOff90 Alex, following you for a while. Your insights / ideas are worth gold. Thank ypu.

I used to think you needed multiple SKUs to build a real brand.
Add products. Increase AOV. Cross-sell. Build a category.
I was wrong. Cost me roughly 18 months of stalled growth and about $300k in operational complexity.
The brand in our portfolio doing $14M/year in profit has one product. Same product for 6 years. Refused to launch a single line extension.
Their reasoning: every SKU you add is operational complexity, ad account complexity, fulfillment complexity, and customer service complexity. If your one product can do $10M/year, why would you trade that simplicity for revenue spread across products that are individually weaker?
One product. Dialed funnel. Strong retention. That's the play.
I learned this the slow way. Launched 7 SKUs across two brands trying to manufacture growth. Killed 5 of them within a year and walked the survivors back to single-product economics.

@Cody_Arsenault_ But do they use something official like Stripe, or more low-key payment providers with a white-label front? I‘m about to do the same :p
English

@xai why the hell are you changing the imagine-pro model output without any notification and without the option to run the prior model? Grok-imagine-imagine and imagine-pro have both now the same crappy outputs. :(

Life at risk:
Dear @elonmusk and @Tesla :
You need to disable lane assist ASAP as soon as your cars switch the lane to overtake on a country road. If you don’t use signal to turn back into the regular driving direction lane, the car will push you back to stay into the oncoming lane which already caused deadly crashes with other manufactures and I experienced it now myself.

I had an ad that was spending $1000/day at a 0.8 ROAS. All the soft metrics said it was a shit ad. The CPMs on it were 2x higher than the account average. CPC & CTR metrics were shit too. If you had a “testing” campaign - this ad wouldn’t have made it out. But one day, after about 6 weeks of spend, the ad miraculously started printing at a 2.2+ ROAS overnight. It legitimately became one of our best ads. There is no explanation to why this happened & it would have been impossible for any human to predict…. but Meta knew.
There’s a lesson in there.

@nkecom generations but nobody took it. Not sure if my simple paywall with feature list was the wrong approach though. But in general I feel like my store could somehow generate MRR as well since people „love to see how theyd look like“, just not sure how to approach that.

[We’re using AI to generate a 2 ROAS on cold traffic. Whilst accumulating MRR $]
This is by far the coolest thing we’ve built for our ecom brands.
AI-powered quiz funnels. They’re beautiful.
One of our quizzes is currently converting cold traffic at a 2 ROAS, whilst also accumulating subscriptions & also building a shit tonne of emails.
Previously, our best-performing funnel was converting at a 1.6 ROAS & we weren’t really capturing any data.
This one funnel has changed the trajectory of our whole brand.
Of course, we’ve tested quiz funnels before, but this isn’t just any quiz funnel.
We’re using AI to engineer it & analyze all the data.
Every single hour it measures:
- where users drop off
- which questions cause friction
- what messaging resonates most
- what are the main points being felt
The best part?
If the quiz notices a leak, it will alert us & we can use the built-in split-testing tool to fix the leak.
I.e. wherever there is drop-off in the quiz, we will a/b test the page until the drop-off is reduced.
Therefore, the quiz only gets better over
time….
AI is the best thing to happen to ecom & I genuinely believe that our team is building some of the coolest shit in the space.
It’s going to be a great year.

Nabeal Khan@nkecom
Ecom is so dead. Our new brand only did $10k first month. - $10k rev - $3k MRR - $0 profit Would have made more money if I went to a strip club & picked up a dollar from the floor. EVERYTHING IS AI TOO. - AI product research - AI product pics - AI positioning - AI offer building - AI design - AI static ads - AI copywriting. These robots are going be the death of ecom man. Might as well quit now.

@nkecom Well in my case, im selling watercolor portraits in a specific niche. You get a preview on my page thanks to AI. Most customers buy after 1 - 2 runs but many others just keep generating for fun. Already offered them a subscription after the 3rd run for 4.99 for unlimited /1

@GrandpaRoy2 Tbf, I live at the Baltics (Gernany) and we have lots and lots russian (military air) activity here since approx around 2yrs or even more.
English

@MenthorQpro @jakescanlan Doesnt make any sense. Why would Iran than even bother to close down Hormuz of the biggest impact would be actually on of their allies?
English
