@SusieM414141 For the homeowner it is called "assumption of risk." You live on a golf course you may get hit by a ball. Legally the golfer has no oblication of pay. Morally the golfer hit the shot and it would nice if he paid.

This elderly man is upset because he lives on a golf course and a group of golfers broke his window with a bad slice. Should homes that lie on courses have extra protection for the windows that face them? Are the golfers responsible for replacing the window? I think it’s the right thing to do; I would.

Has the Masters Par 3 has become too silly? Catering to the Idiocracy? Chairman Fred Ridley has already said he regrets letting Dude Perfect film a video there a couple years ago. Now today has become a lowest common denominator geared event.

@UziCryptoo The danger is if the card is not paid off each month and then you incur interest which offsets the benefits.. You say I will pay off each month, but some fail to do that then debt can increase. The one positive of using credit card is that you can dispute errors or fraud.

My best friends son looks a lot like my husband, so without their knowledge, I had a DNA test done. My husband swore up and down that he had never been with her. I didn't believe him and I kicked him out of the house. I also cut off my friend. She's raising her son alone and no one knows who the father of the child is. She had told me that she got pregnant from a supposed one night stand and that she wasn't sure who the father of her child was. But I was almost certain they were lying to me, which is why I did the DNA test because the resemblance between them was incredible. When I received the test results, I couldn't believe it, the child wasn't my husband's, but there was a significant resemblance to his DNA.

@seattletimes Seattle times again w/ misleading information. It is not a "Millionaire" tax. It is a 9.9% tax on all but currently as a$1,000,000 deduction. The wacko dems can lower the deduction to any amount in the future. They could set the deduction at $35,000 next session.
