@EpsonUK is there a problem with the ReadyPrint page? Trying to remove a printer and add a new one, it keeps coming up with different errors or just cycles back to the first page. When registering the new printer it said it failed but got an email to say it was registered

@Wild_Violet23 @EpsonUK Not surprising that their reviews are bad. There is a waste pad installed that at random will make your printer unusable. The solution? Send the printer for repair or buy a new printer! Any business using it - go F... yourself. Have orders that need to go out - go F... yourself.

@EpsonUK have to return the ET-2860 wifi connection is dreadful, won’t connect with forced IP address won’t work with AirPrint, laptop connect fails, connected / printed once with Epson smart panel loses connection, won’t connect again It’s 2026 and support pages have regressed.

@EpsonUK Customer Service is truly appalling. Ping pong emails, for weeks despite their Tech Team confirming after a 2 hour phone call to another country, the £240 printer is defective. £156+ to repair? Thankfully Amazon are making a full refund. #AvoidEpsonproducts #Epson

@EpsonUK How come every other direct debit I have goes out on the selected day and immediately shows as ‘paid’ is there anything I can do to be able to print in the meantime? This is ridiculous, I had to buy more ink as well because I wasn’t sent enough so how am I unable to print?!

@EpsonUK As stated an official complaint has been raised. It is wrong that your Customer Care staff are dismissive, this does nothing for your #Epson brand reputation. It is extremely unhelpful that your call centre staff are based outside the UK and unfamiliar with UK Consumer Laws.
