So @EpsonUK , I've tried to work with my eco printer, in the way your support centre advised, but it's driving me nuts. I've never had to set up a paper type 'on the printer' and on the computer. Trying to remember the setting for every type of media I use, is just maddening. 😡

So it just continues. Extremely poorly customer service a few weeks ago from @EpsonUK and now this time @theragun. It seems established brands don’t value customers. Buy equipment and it fails after 3 years and the answer is buy another one we won’t repair. Quite disappointing

So @EpsonUK I bought ink cartridges from you, sent to a Yeep locker by @UPS. We discovered thru tracking that it is in the locker, but Yeep & UPS haven't sent any communication. They say 'use your code' but they haven't sent a code. And you say it's not your responsibility. It is

Hi @EpsonUK just wanted to say you might want to consider improving your customer service. My 4 year old Epson printer needs the print head serviced and the nearest location to do it is 50 miles away. The answer from your customer service was product discontinued not our problem!

@EpsonUK I purchased a brand new ecotank less than 12 months ago which was faulty. The replacement was delivered to me today and the condition is absolutely appalling. It is literally falling apart, scratches all over it, missing paper tray, jamming paper sizer. Disgusting.

Pretty shocking experience with @EpsonUK. Blamed my printer faults on paper, cost me £100+ to prove them wrong. Now they want £369 to repair a £579 printer for what looks like a manufacturing defect. Weeks wasted, money wasted, and no real support. Not good enough. Any advice.

@EpsonUK They are a dire product. I have an ET2710 and had to resolder the mains connection at the rear. After 4 weeks of ownership. The plastic was melting for electrical arcing. Now the printer unreachable over WiFi or usb. It sits there pretending it’s a brick at this stage.
