#SDinGov Day1-brilliant talks, impactful case studies with themes encompassing barriers, friction, empathy, designing in dark. Enjoyed hearing abt services designed around crisis/emergency, recent ones around providing the right homes for Ukraine in the UK. So much to reflect!

As a quick reminder, some of the best designers (and design leaders) out there have little or no presence on social media. Instead they're putting all of their effort and focus on delivering amazing work and supporting their team.
