AI is making CEOs delusional

Anyone else think OpenClaw is overrated? The browser relay is super unreliable, and OpenClaw is just generally really slow. Struggles to do simple things like data enrichment on a google sheet (had to set up a Google Cloud sheet API) Are other people seeing the same? Where have you had real success with OpenClaw?

Got a vet bill today for $1,337 from a young woman and I said cool that’s leet. And I started to try and explain it - it didn’t go well.

I'm not a fan of new years resolutions. Changing your goals every year, and making them up on a whim within the span of a day, sounds like the definition of fake goals to me.

I love @posthog. But watching their UI evolve over time is like watching a drug addict crashing out. It's a dev tool that needs to be easy to use and understand, not an art project. This isn't a differentiator, it's noise.

So... Postgres is now basically a search engine? pg_textsearch was just open sourced. It enables BM25 to search your database.... massive upgrade for key word search. Google uses BM25 in their search engine. Claude told me: "if you're already on Postgres, you can now skip the whole sync-your-data-to-Elasticsearch dance for search."
