How @X For you Page Changed My Life…
I was at my job feeling stuck and wanting a new opportunity. I was spending hours applying for jobs and interviewing only to have no luck
I put in over 200 applications over the last year and just felt like nothing was going my way

I 99% agree with this take.
Can you build a business to $100M without a personal brand? yes.
Here is the 1% though:
1. Building a personal brand is the greatest opportunity at building leverage, especially in the B2B space
2. It isn't easy, which makes it even more of a moat than people give it credit for
3. Your personal brand gives you access to people all over the world (without traveling around 300+ days out of the year)
I love what @ZssBecker said when he pointed out that you should be famous for actually doing something
If you start a personal brand without actually having contributed to society, you should for sure stop and go build something you can tell the world about
The world has enough influencers, we need more people doing cool things and talking about it on the timeline

I 100% agree with this take.

I work with @legacybuilder.
We post content every day.
My business partner and I were just the cover story of a lifestyle magazine that ships to our ICP.
Not a coincidence.

I scaled my audience to over 500k and built @legacybuilder to $2M ARR helping founders become the authority in their verticals
Here's my case for founder-led content:
1. AI will allow people to create more content, making founder-led content even more of a moat
2. Being able to create content + outreach to your perfect client beats everything else
3. Scaling a company is easier when the founder is talking about it everyday
4. Most founders don't have a content problem, they just have a content creation problem
5. If you think "well it's about the company, not me" you are just wrong
If you asked me how I would start in November 2025 it would be:
1. Use X + LI as your foundation platforms (post daily)
2. Funnel to a quiz landing page (add all to weekly newsletter)
3. email sequence to show proof + process
4. When they book a call, start conversation on LinkedIn
5. Take all objections and make video-content for socials
6. Measure metrics, adjust, and scale

Everyone needs a playbook.
For music, for business SOP's, for sports, whatever.
A guiding set of rules that shows you what to focus on, and what step to take next.
We have been quietly building out our DWY services for some time now, and yesterday we had a particularly fun onboarding call with a new client.
They have an amazing business.
They have an amazing team.
And they have been wanting to add social media and newsletter...
...but like many people, they were overwhelmed by all of the conflicting opinions on the timeline.
How many posts per day?
What kind of posts?
What about outreach?
The two most common constraints I see are 1) unclear brand positioning, and 2) fear of judgement.
To overcome the 1st constraint, the simplest way is to identify the opposite - start with what you don't want to represent. It gets the process moving, and helps you start piecing together the vague outline of your core messaging.
For the 2nd, the best solution is to gain maximum clarity around your WHY. Your purpose will give you the best chance of focusing on the right things, and ignoring the rest.
If you want to learn more about our DWY, send me a dm let's chat
