@stoolpresidente I've never seen Norm Macdonald's last special for the same reason.
I'll watch it someday.

@jillayne @Jessecooksfood That was supposed to be a question, I googled. 13 miles. 😀
English

@johnkonrad Guessing it’s a poor people food reference to the literal head of a fish. It’s generally wasted, but if you boil a fish head in water makes a decent fish soup.

@SusieM414141 Magnet on the bottom that seals a hole using a built in ring. It was a new tech like 10 years ago, but everyone kept playing with the hole at the bottom and spilling beer on their laps.

@SaltCityMammoth @utahmammoth Either ignorant or purposefully deceptive. Bad either way.
Hope hockey does well in Utah, but we're not your rival enough to pretend to be ignorant for the newbies.

@Fanatics Realized you did it on purpose.
I let the negative brand perception I have get in the way of understanding intentionally trashing the team selecting the first overall pick. I assumed it was just a typo and not an on brand bad decision based on a different type of ineptitude.

@MatchTalks_ @Rainmaker1973 They don't rally exist in nature. They're a creation of humans.
English

@Rainmaker1973 Greyhounds may be the fastest dogs, but isn’t it ironic that we celebrate their speed mostly in racing — a sport that often exploits them? The real debate is whether their incredible athleticism should be admired in nature or commodified for human entertainment.

@thathawksgirl But, kinda is.
If you don't mind paying the fine, you're okay doing it as long as what you think you get back is more than the fine.
Hockey's just cool because they keep the fine for the violation equal with the intent of violating it on purpose.
It's just real life in balance
English

@ericmbiro It’s like saying “that’s allowed but there’s a fine if you do that”… do you know what I mean? 😂
So it’s not hahahah

Guys, I need help. NHL question.
I’m new to NHL, I’ve been following the Seahawks for 15 years now, but only recently the #SeaKraken.
Why do the refs let them fight if they’re gonna send them to the box?
Honest question. Is it allowed or not? 🥲
English

@thathawksgirl It is, but it's how everything works.
I'm going to be penalized if I do this, is it worth it? If yes, they fight. If no, they don't.
Hockey just makes the real world more clear.
English

@ericmbiro In my head the reason for a penalty is to punish something not allowed 😂
Saying “it’s allowed” and “there’s a penalty” in the same sentence sounds confusing and contradictory for me 😅
English

@thathawksgirl Essentially, is the point I want to make by trying to knock this dude out worth the penalty it will cost me and my team?
If the answer is yes, you fight.
It works the same for most things in life.
English

@thathawksgirl It's allowed because there's a penalty.
If it wasn't allowed, they'd be suspended/arrested.
English

@AlexsOptions Something I'd have missed because I'm lazy, but wished I'd have caught on the red to green.

@DB_Daijiro Believe it or not, in many online debates of low importance like sports, this fact is not generally known to Americans.
Many US cities are seemingly unimportant based only on population within city limits, but are still the cores and anchors of much larger metropolitan areas.
English

@KnightsMuse_ Let him go make his money for him and his family, but I hope he signs the one day contract to retire as a Knight.

Vegas fans!
If Vegas decided to trade for Johnathan Marchesaault (with salary retained).
Would you take him back?

English

@KnightsMuse_ Shea Theodore, and I don’t know why.
It fits, but I don’t know why he’s the one I think of.
