@Lowes For anyone following along, I did get contacted by the Executive Customer Relations but won't hear back until Sat at the latest. I ordered the item on 7/6/2026.

I will never use @Lowes same-day delivery again. Ordered on July 6, said it got delayed, then yesterday I chat and they say they are checking on it and today I had to call for 21m for them to say they will open a case and respond back in 24h. Crazy 😠

@Lowes What's the point in asking for a DM and only responding with "get back to you in 1 day". I'd rather you figure it out now, why does everything with Lowes take 24hours. I'd be perfectly happy if you could just cancel the order at this point!

If you're in the business of giving people free technical advice, @awscloud's terms of services change today indicates that they're about to start competing with you. If AWS isn't giving you free advice, maybe ask why not.

Our son was born a few days ago - much earlier than anticipated but mom and baby are healthy and well. I am so impressed by Koel - by her resilience and calm in a tumultuous time, she’s the most amazing person. She is already an incredible Mom. I’m very thankful to have Koel’s family here to help us during this time and I don’t want to imagine how difficult it would be on our own. Everyone keeps telling me to enjoy the moments while he’s small because I won’t get them back… but I also can’t wait to see the person he will become. I’m torn between staying in the moment and daydreaming for his future. I’m excited for this new adventure, this next stage, and even the challenges to come. In our wedding vows, I told Koel she’s the only person I want to see at the end of the day and now I have one more person on my list. ❤️

AWS makes a change to pricing for ACM on 2/18/2026 but takes until 6/10/2026 to get changed in the Pricing API. The AWS Rube Goldberg SKU machine must have broken down. 😬

@clare_liguori It still has some oddities with arrow endpoint placement sometimes, but Claude seems to really understand it when you go theough a couple of rounds training with their docs.

I’ve been hunting for a way to get agents to produce consistently good diagrams - are there better options? * Mermaid: tired of the awful layout algo * drawio: the model can't seem to reason about the XML, even with a skill * Diagrams library has nice results, but you have to instruct a loop of render png > read png > revise so agent "sees" what it's doing

@Matt_E_Baumann I have a 2022 Platinum and it’s been the best truck I’ve ever owned. Just check if it has any deletes on it, the big one being the massaging seats. If it has those, I’d go for it first!

The tale of two trucks. Lightning owners please chime in! XLT is $46k, has 507 miles. Has max tow package, ER pack (new battery currently being installed), 9.6kW Pro Power, but XLT 311A tech package. The Platti is $44k with 72k miles. Fully loaded obviously. Am I crazy for wanting the Platinum over the basically brand new truck? Can I use FORScan and the never dying aftermarket to give the XLT different upgrades to feel more Lariat-ish?

@clare_liguori In the IDE, is there ever going to be a way to drag files from the file browser into the chat window? Its so much faster to me to do that than click the # and find the file that way (or am I just blind to a setting that enables this?)
