There's one other piece of advice I can give about the AI boom specifically: learn to write software, and AI software in particular. Then you have a better chance of surfing on this wave rather than having it crash on your head.

Yesterday an individual reached out to me claiming to have inscribed a message onto Bitcoin that was signed with the private keys of a Bitcoin address associated with Block 1,018. Here is the inscription: → ord.io/11035214 @zachmeyer and I validated that the message was indeed signed by the same "1NChf" address that signed the mysterious message that appeared on Bitcoin Talk on November 26, 2022, which left many people puzzled. → bitcointalk.org/index.php?topi… There are only a handful of people in the world who would be able to sign a message with a 2009 private key let alone a January 2009 private key from an address created 16 days after the Bitcoin Genesis Block. The fact that this address became active again to inscribe a signed message fully on-chain on Bitcoin with the Ordinals Protocol is fascinating. To respect the privacy of the individual who reached out to me I will not share any details about them other than to say that they are excited that people are using ordinal inscriptions to store data on Bitcoin, the most immutable and permissionless database ever created. @zachmeyer and I are honored that they chose the Ordinals Explorer that we are building "ord.io" as the message that they signed and we look forward to seeing what other messages could potentially show up now that the trend has been set.
