The Further Readings list in A Theory of Everyone (atheoryofeveryone.com) has a much longer list that includes all the well known favorites (Guns Germs and Steel; Why Nations Fail; Better Angels of Our Nature; Origins of Political Order; ...) Tegenwoordig stroomt veel meer geld naar vastgoed/rentenieren dan naar het starten van ondernemingen. Ergens best knap dat de verhuurlobby nu beweert dat geld in vastgoed voor ondernemers van belang is, want hun pensioen.

Het zou ongelofelijk asociaal zijn om di sociale initiatief voor hun bloed, zweet en tranen te "belonen" met een draconische afdracht aan afdeling grondzaken @GemeenteUtrecht . Maak in plaats daarvan sluitende afspraken over verankering sociale functie.
