Demand drives corporations.
Corporations wouldn't farm animals, which pollutes on a massive scale, if there wasn't a profitable demand.
So, regular people going vegan actually would matter because it would end demand.

I like Chris Hedges, but he has become obsessed with Trump to a liberal degree and he's often been reduced to saying the most obvious, banal things about him. Yes, we've known all along that Trump has no humanity. I could read that on CNN.
