11 years ago, a 16-year-old kid was bagging groceries at a supermarket when a customer took his photo without him knowing and posted it online. Alex Lee started his shift on 2 November 2014 with 144 Twitter followers. By the time his mum picked him up from work that evening, he had 100,000. By the next morning, 300,000. His phone number was leaked and the notifications crashed it completely. Within days, #AlexFromTarget was the number one trending topic on the platform. Girls showed up at his store in groups. A man offered his co-workers a hundred dollars to find out where he was. His manager moved him to the stockroom to finish his shift. His family’s personal and financial records were leaked online. His girlfriend, who he’d met in chemistry class two weeks earlier, started receiving threats from strangers. He appeared on Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show, was flown across the country for appearances, and eventually had to leave school because of it all. The day he turned 18 he moved cities to try to build a career in social media. He hated it. One manager took control of his accounts. Another allegedly stole over $30,000 from him. He fired them both and quit the internet entirely. He’s 27 now. Lives with his girlfriend, loads trucks at a delivery depot in the mornings, and has no public social media presence. In 2024 he said the job pays less but he’s a lot happier. “I never wanted to be ‘Alex from Target.’ Absolutely not.”

This weekend, settlers in the West Bank committed one of the most horrific attacks imaginable on the West Bank community of Khirbet Humsa. Here is what happened: * A man was sexually assaulted in front of his bound family and the human rights activists present. His pants were pulled down, he was doused with water, and beaten brutally with clubs while curled on the ground * Women had their headscarves torn off and clothing ripped. Girls, including very young ones, were dragged outside and beaten * One settler threatened in Arabic to return, burn the houses, kill the children, and rape the women, saying this directly in front of women and children * A settler grabbed a 14-year-old girl and began slapping her while her mother watched, bound and unable to help * A settler threatened to take a woman's daughters to live with the settlers * The 74-year-old family elder was beaten in the head, hands and stomach by three settlers while a fourth destroyed security cameras, the router, and lights. He briefly lost consciousness and had water thrown on him to revive him * The two activists (American and Portuguese) were beaten with fists and clubs, handcuffed at hands and feet, and had their rings forcibly removed under threat of having their fingers broken. * The American activist's jacket was cut open with a knife and a settler began handling her belt buckle, leading her to believe she was about to be raped. The Portuguese activist was dragged by her ankles because she couldn't walk with her leg restraints. These people are absolute Nazis, given freedom to run rampant by the Israeli government. This is a policy to terrorize Palestinians into leaving their homes so settlers can take them.

He hasn't confirmed anything because he wasn't with us in the Hamptons. The people who actually were there debunked these lies from the beginning. Charlie invited me to the meeting, thanked me afterwards for coming and sharing my views, and told me he'd be there for me if I ever needed him. That was the last thing he ever said to me before Tyler Robinson — not his wife or closest friends or the joooos — murdered him. I disagreed publicly — not behind closed doors — with TPUSA giving Tucker the stage last year. That's true, and I stand by what I said. It wasn't a threat. It wasn't coercion. It was an opinion. I think Tucker's message should be repudiated from the Amfest stage, not promoted. I haven't changed my mind. And last I checked, I have the freedom to voice my opinion, even if Tucker doesn't like it. By the way, if voicing disagreement with something makes me a thug or bully who's guilty of blackmail (does he even know what blackmail means?), then what does that make Tucker? All he does is attack and disparage people who disgree with him — including President Trump — and he has far more reach and influence than I do.

Tucker Carlson confirms Seth Dillon and billionaire donors tried to morally blackmail his late friend Charlie Kirk. They threatened to destroy him financially if he didn't cancel anti-Zionist voices. Absolute thugs exposed.

Paraguay, and Latin America broadly, has always been one of the most welcoming regions in the world for international families. That hospitality deserves to be met with genuine respect, not used as a backdrop for ideological marketing, personal gain, or events that reduce local women to a number on a list. Let's call this what it is. Advertising a party by counting how many local women will be present is not cultural exchange. It is the language of sex tourism, dressed up as a social event. It is inappropriate, it is disrespectful, and it reflects a deeper pattern of how some people in the relocation space treat this region as territory to be consumed rather than a place to be honored. I have been in the relocation space long enough to know that true integration means learning the language, understanding local values, and above all, protecting the privacy and dignity of the people you serve. A few years ago I respectfully raised concerns about client data and personal documents being published publicly on platforms like X, exposing the very people who came here trusting the process. I was blocked for it. Protecting people's information is not optional. It is the foundation of this work. This is the same pattern: people are not assets. They are not inventory. They are not a selling point. I also spent five years running a Spanish school. The hardest part was never the language itself. It was helping people find a real purpose for it. That purpose exists. It is in the relationships you build, the community you become part of, and the life you actually create here. Not in how a place and its people are packaged and sold. Latin America is not a niche market. It is a second home, and a beautiful one. For every expat genuinely planning a move to Paraguay or anywhere in Latin America: seek advisors who speak the language, who have real roots in the community, who protect your data and your long term interests, and who understand that this region welcomes you as long as you come with respect.
