Esconet Technologies Limited held a conference call to discuss its H2-FY25 and FY25 financial results. 🗓️ - 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: ▪ Revenue for FY25 reached ₹233 Cr, a 65% increase. ▪ Operating revenue rose by 63% YoY. ▪ Profit Before Tax (PBT) jumped 42%. ▪ Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 47%. ▪ ZeaCloud contributed ₹1.1 Cr in profit. ▪ EPS increased by 4.63% due to equity expansion. - 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀: ▪ Robust sectoral expansion. ▪ Onboarding new customers. ▪ Strategic client acquisitions. ▪ Expecting repeat orders from large enterprise accounts. - 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: ▪ ZeaCloud's revenue from operations grew by 68%. ▪ PBT increased by 786%. ▪ PAT increased by 745%. - 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀: ▪ Partnership with NVIDIA upgraded to preferred partner. ▪ Partnerships with Scality (data storage) and Cato Networks (cybersecurity). ▪ Onboarding of 10+ new clients. ▪ 21% increase in headcount. ▪ Subsidiary established in Singapore. ▪ Raised ₹33 Cr via preferential allotment. - 𝗙𝗹𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗧 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: ▪ Acquired 70% stake in Fluidech. ▪ Fluidech is India's first accredited consulting organization for the National Critical Infrastructure Information Protection Centre (NCIIPC). ▪ Partnership with a U.S. listed EV technology firm for OT device security OSHA assessment. - 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸: ▪ Focus on cybersecurity. ▪ Expansion through infrastructure offerings and cloud services. ▪ Development of Hexadata unified backup appliance. ▪ Development of indigenous cloud platform. ▪ Targeting MEITY empanelment. ▪ Hiring strategic personnel for cloud expansion. - 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆: ▪ Expecting 50-60% revenue growth from ZeaCloud in the current year. ▪ Fluidech is expected to generate ₹15-20 Cr in revenue this year. ▪ Expecting 30-40% growth from Fluidech and ZeaCloud for the next 3-4 years. ▪ Gross margins for legacy system integration at 7-8% and Hexadata at 10-15%. 📊 ESCONET TECHNOLOGIES LTD | 🏷️ Analysts/Institutional Investor Meet/Con.
