@HBHNationBlog I don’t think we have a true leader in the locker room. Looking back winning two Calder cups in a row, we had no opportunity to get better but us as fans wanted us to stay as good each and every year so seeing the team really falling off is tough for all of us knowing the past.

@Kevin_Kinkead I’ve noticed Alladoh, Damiani, Stas and even some of Anello when he’s playing striker all play with their back towards goal. We need a stretch the back line type of ST…like Uhre. This all looks very choppy and out of sync.

I'm not some Indy Vassilev hater, but I'm not sure what the argument is for starting him over Cavan other than experience and/or maybe defensive discipline. Tell me I'm wrong?

A few games in now - I think Iloski has to play forward and Cavan has to start. Alladoh / Damiani feels redundant and there's no other wide midfielder who should be an automatic start, not until Quinn comes back.

The Philadelphia Union have started 0–3 for the first time since 2012, scoring just one goal from open play in their first three matches. After the game, Bruno Damiani shared his thoughts on why the Union have struggled to find the back of the net: “It’s not only one reason why we’re struggling [with] scoring. Today in the first half I think we really deserved [to score] a goal. “It’s just about details and we need to improve. Then in the second half when they scored[,] we just got so predictable that we didn’t have any chances. In that case, I think that’s a tactical thing we need to improve on. I already felt it in the last couple of games and I think the coach also knows that. I would say in those moments we need to improve to get more chances and to score goals.
