@FamiliarZen @LongAndy1001 😂 The only thing you know about me is that I said I’m aloud to have an opinion about any type of fraud, which I am of course, just like anybody.

If you haven’t served in the military, your opinion on VA disability doesn’t matter. There’s much worse fraud being committed right in front of you on a daily basis.

Less than 1% of the population ever serves in the military. So maybe hush about VA benefits when you couldn’t be bothered

@DetcordDedushka @LongAndy1001 The VA budget is nearly 4% of the federal budget. 4% of my federal tax payments is thousands of dollars a year. I’m happy to contribute it to our veterans, just not to fraud. Still want to Cash App me?

@established2140 @LongAndy1001 You’re the kind of guy who would be more mad that the disabled kid on food stamps got a premade cake from the bakery for his birthday with tax dollars, then the children being trafficked with it

@LongAndy1001 They go to the same places yours do, hot shot. That’s a pretty weak rebuttal. List out the entire federal budget or don’t complain about waste and fraud. What else am I not allowed to have an opinion about?

@j_fishback Not every outcome can be guaranteed. Are you going to make a habit of stiffing the people of Florida?

Hire a lawyer who loses your case? Don’t pay him. Order chicken, get shrimp? Don’t pay them. As Florida Governor, I will only pay government contractors when the job is done fully, correctly, and on time.

@j_fishback So if one of your Assistant State Attorneys loses a case you’re not going to pay them? What if the defendant was innocent?

@DavidBane1776 @COSDAWGCFB @j_fishback If you were called in to arbitration over a dispute in which you previously signed an arbitration agreement, would you contract an attorney? If the case was not found in your favor, would you pay the attorney that you retained?

My point was arbitration clauses are no more voluntary in employment contracts as they are in terms of services....not a brain teaser..it was pretty straight forward that time. And the implication is the results of a private corporate for profit court that will see you 1 time ever v. The corporation who contracts ALL their disputes to your arbitration court. They are not required to follow the current law anywhere at all ever and do not..by any stretch.. They rule consistently and as close to wholly in favor of the corporate clients who contract with their arbitration services for disputes in the 98-99 percentile... They use private investigators to go after small franchisees and keep 24 hr surveillance on them so they know when is the worst time and way to negatively impact a person with their demands, filings, and dates.. No one in the world would ever voluntarily step into any arbitration court knowing how stacked they are against them. Or that the actual law doesn't matter and is not required to be followed in these courts. But lawyers and judges beg to be a part of this racket...so I am suggesting that lawyers in general get approved for arbitration know who and what the racket is and participate... Know we are getting to where the original post was meant to go..it took so long to get someone to mention civil not criminal, then private arbitration... If you require me to settle a claim through a private court you contract services to(own for all intents and purposes or at least rent)..would you be ready to battle that after? I would...the whole court is fraud

Have you ever been to arbitration? By no means is either side guaranteed to win. The likely reason he would be compelled to arbitrate would be if there was an arbitration clause in his employment contract. Not buried in some terms of service that he clicked on. Arbitration clauses are typically the only part of the contract that is presented in all caps and bold print and generally has a signature section next to that specific clause to ensure the signers know what they’re agreeing to.

The arbitration courts are fraud. Why would you pay for a known fraudulent private corporate court? Because they made you sign to settle disputes there? You were made to do the same in all the terms of service contracts you click...that contractually agree you to private arbitration?

@DavidBane1776 @COSDAWGCFB @j_fishback That’s how civil cases in general go. It’s “whatever the judge says”. “Beyond reasonable doubt” only applies to criminal cases. The only reason he ended up in arbitration is because he agreed to arbitrate.

Arbitration courts are the worst..did you know they are not required ro follow law in arbitration courts? Even to the point of directly and openly ruling in direct opposition to current law...arbitration courts are not a place to seek justice..sounds like Fishback just learned first hand that its entirely meant to bleed you out, bankrupt you then rule in favor of the corporation...because thats literally the only outcome possible. Tiffany Cianci is the only person I've ever heard of winning a private arbitration other than like 1 Disney death lawsuit that went public so it couldn't be buried...

@COSDAWGCFB @established2140 @j_fishback Agreed, in a civil proceeding legal malpractice (ineffective counsel) is extremely hard to win because they all do it...who's gonna sink the ship they are all in if you require one of them to proceed with the suit?

Did you see the Adam's county Ohio sheriff's lawsuit against Afroman? You mean like that ridiculous lawsuit? They lost, Afroman won...but they put on quite the spectacle..got on the stand and cried like victims, lied over and over...but the people saw the hypocrisy in it. What I found amazing was the suit was even allowed to proceed..I think ineffective assistance of counsel cases, unjust enrichment, corruption of process, and violation of rights cases should be allowed to go forward long before that case was...but cases that reinforce judicial, prosecutorial etc...authorities do go forward, while those that seek to expose or outright diminish that lever of power are called frivolous....odd how that whole sector can never be questioned isn't it
