At last we have our car back @DirectLine. RTA on 02/12/23 and a Comedy of Errors with Direct Line Auto Repairs shop our car is back following intervention by our excellent @Group1VW dealers @UKVolkswagen Hurrah. All sorted now. Thank you @Group1VW

Thank you @DirectLine you pulled out all the stops today. Tajuna from India Claims Handler + all your media handlers (Brooke today) worked well so we could keep the hire car and you continue fixing our car. Frustrating start. A good end. Let’s hope our car gets fixed soon.

@DirectLine failed again I’m afraid. Frustrating car repair garage owned by @DirectLine People nice to talk but can’t do job efficiently. Said car was repaired but wasn’t. All the electrics up the creek. Now waiting to go to a Dealer repair. Why not do this in the first place??!

I was expecting to live around 10 years (per the data) when I started #dialysis aged 14 in 1998. So today, 25 years later & my 40th birthday 🥳 is a somewhat welcome surprise!!! I have learnt some stuff - thought I would share it ❤️ thanks for all the good wishes! /1

This whole process has been frustrating from beginning to end with an unsuitable replacement car. Now at last resolved yesterday. Next nightmare not getting our car back due to wait for a radiator hose!!!!!!

Insured car with @DirectLine No accidents All Ok. Now an accident! Process for repair is so painful. We have been without our car since 2 Dec 23. On 17 Jan 24 they are still waiting for parts for a bog standard car. Shocking. What are you doing about DLG Repair Co @DirectLine ?

@DirectLine I have already complained about your DLG repair company to you @DirectLine but we don’t seem to be getting anywhere with our car. They say still waiting for a part. VW Dealer Body Shop can get the part within 1 week!! How come DLG Repair not able to do same?

I think for the first time in my life those police shooting those dogs was a shocking disgrace. The police are completely out of order. They need to be given a lesson on public order themselves. #disgracefulpoliceshootingthedogs

I have always been supportive of our police in many of the difficult things they do. But this is the most disgusting thing Ive ever seen. Beautiful, friendly staffordshire terriers, harmless and wagging their tails. shot. Yelping in pain. #PoliceBrutality Police need few lessons
