2) First of all: no-one is ‘banned’. That is a deliberately misused word here, designed to make it sound as though a group of people have been targetted or attacked. This is not the case. Everyone can compete *against people of their own sex*. No-one has been banned.

This strikes me as a big moment. Coming on top of Genderism's many defeats over the past year or so, this reflects institutional acceptance by an arms-length body of the state that "gender", whatever that is, is largely irrelevant to anything of proper interest to the state. Big.

In 2023, when we started our Fair Sports listings only SIX sports excluded males from the female category at all levels from grassroots through to elite. In our latest update, we looked at the policies of 76 sports recognised (and funded) by @Sport_England. ✅ 32 sports fully protect the female category ❌ 43 sports are either unlawful, only protect elite athletes or have no policy in place Reminder: the number of sports that allow males to identify into the female category should be ZERO. One year on from the Supreme Court ruling that ‘female’ refers only to biological sex there are still sports that refuse to protect the female category and are operating UNLAWFULLY: ❌ 15 sports allow males to identify into the female category ❌ 11 sports have a two tier policy - elite sport is protected, grassroots competitions and recreational activities allow males into the female category ❌ 18 sports have no policy that specifically protects the female category This week’s policy announcement from the IOC is clear: no males in female categories with effect from LA28. International Federations have been tasked with updating their policies for elite athletes. Now national governing bodies which oversee all sport from grassroots to national level must protect the female category. There is no logical reason why women at elite level should have fair, safe, sport but the millions of women who compete below elite level do not. We won’t stop campaigning until every woman has access to fair, safe, sport. Link to our Sports Listings in the next post.

The idea that there is a special mode of being biologically female, that includes XY chromosomes, testicles, and sperm, and is only found in people in sub-Saharan Africa, is straightforwardly racist.

This is a no-win situation for Israel. If they allow access to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre on days and times during Holy Week that are predictable to Iran, and Iran takes that opportunity to harm beloved Catholic leaders along with the church, it will be a terrible, global tragedy, and the world will viciously blame Israel for it. @SkyNews @RobHarris Why are you interviewing a man and pretending he is a woman? Caster Semenya has the DSD called 46 XY 5-ARD which ONLY AFFECTS MEN. It’s a clear breach of your own editorial guidelines not to explain this and to focus only on trans and intersex men.
