Drawing from the Argentina Onchain Residency (Nov 1–14, 2025, San Martín de los Andes at @JoinEdgeCity), the report details a participatory methodology that: * Begins with concrete coordination failures identified by local public, private, and civil society actors. * Co-designs with non-crypto stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical and accessible. * Evaluates blockchain not as a silver bullet, but for real fit in context. Outcome: Adoption-ready prototypes that embed decentralization into organizations and institutions - directly addressing the UX, incentive, and accessibility barriers that keep crypto from wider use. This work builds on Argentina’s existing crypto momentum and offers a replicable framework for governments, cities, and organizations worldwide.
