@Ticketmaster I have a gift certificate that I'm trying to use. Every show I look at is not eligible. Super frustrating. My friend paid real money for this and it's basically useless as far as I can tell. What to do?
@TMFanSupport Yes, that’s not helpful at all. Every purchase I’ved tried has been first party tickets, not resale. Never given an option to use the gift card.
@Ticketmaster .@Ticketmaster also - it makes ZERO sense that a venue could opt out. My friends paid you $1000. I use the gift cert to buy tickets, you pay the venue. WTF
@Ticketmaster also I tried calling customer service, zero help. No way to filter for eligble shows, just get to check out and hope it works (which it never does).
.@VerizonSupport I'm in complete hell. I've been trying to connect with someone to deal with an internet issue for HOURS, over the last two days. I've tried everything - chat, call backs, waiting on line, nothing works. HELP
@VerizonSupport .@VerizonSupport we've all heard horror stories about bad customer services. But this is beyond the beyond. Surely SOMEONE must be able to help.
@etl Hey Edward, apologies that you haven’t heard back from us! Please could you send a DM letting us know your email address and we will follow up on your email asap.
@GoatStolen And FWIW I think very few customers in the U.S. will notice the distinction you describe. You may not be remitting VAT back to the UK, but effectively we're paying the same price that included VAT before you made this change.
@GoatStolen you used to deduct VAT in the US (and your website says you still do: stolengoat.com/stolen-goat-cl…) but I don't see that when I check out. Is that a bug or a new policy?
